magic5 Instant Forms use specially selected magic5 elements in forms that are designed for use straightaway. See individual forms for details but typically items include:

* Connection-free form-filling – emails will be sent when a signal becomes available.
* Access to the online Office Portal to add, delete or amend branding, customers, users and list.

* Mandatory/optional flags already built in plus locked signatures for high data integrity.
* Auto-generated reference numbers viewable in lists through the online Office Portal and on the report.

Typical costs
* Instant Forms no longer use ‘magic5 credits’ and, when available, are free, although some of the functionality is no longer available.
* Most forms are free and use ‘magic5 credits’ as currency within the app.
* 20 magic5 credits are allocated at installation and 30 more are allocated free of charge every month.
* One credit is used for each time a form is saved.
* Each report can be emailed to any number of addresses entered on the form at no extra charge.
* If more credits are needed they can be bought as in-app purchases.
