There are 3 Editions of magic5, each with separate pricing and purchasing models :

Personal Edition
magic5 Personal Edition is the ideal option for getting started. Whether you want to complete job sheets, delivery notes, inspections, audits or assessments, magic5 Personal Edition lets you collect data, including signatures, and e-mail it, using your own template, directly from your PDA to your chosen recipients.

Cost£145 per user (exclusive of VAT at 17.5%). Price does not cover a PDA or mobile phone data traffic charges.
Typical customerA small business with 1 or 2 users ready to cut out paperwork and speed up and simplify processing but which doesn't want a large financial commitment

Hosted Edition
magic5 Hosted Edition is suited to a business that wants to cut out the overhead of installing and maintaining software. Full magic5 funtionality with multiple forms, unlimited users (subject to licence fees), photo capture and customer access to released data all taken care of by magic5 - giving you worry-free access to the most up-to-date versions of the software and confidence in your magic5 web site and databases supported on our servers.

CostCosts are variable based on :
  • A one-off setup charge which varies depending on whether you want a single-user or multi-user system
  • A monthly subscription fee per user

Enterprise Edition
magic5 Enterprise Edition gives you total power over your magic5 solution for just one initial outlay. Full magic5 funtionality with multiple forms, unlimited users (subject to licence fees), photo capture and customer access to released data. Installed within your own network magic5 Enterprise Edition keeps you in full control of licencing, data and user access.

CostCosts are variable based on :
  • A one-off charge for the magic5 server software bundled with 5 user licences
  • A one-off fee per additional user
  • A one-off fee for PDF generation software if you wish to use this option
  • An optional annual Support and Maintenance charge giving you magic5 upgrades, help and advice
There are no recurring costs other than renewal of optional Support and Maintenance.
