magic5 allows you to quickly specify the data that you have on your paper job sheets and define a template
for the same information on the PDA.
Using simple-to-use combinations of tick boxes, drop-down lists, "radio buttons" etc, it's easy to get up and running fast.
Once you've defined your job sheet template, it can be downloaded to all of the users' PDAs. They can then fill in the
electronic version and, once they're finished, send it back "over the air" or via a docking station.
Finished jobs can be available in the magic5 database and through the magic5 web application in a matter of minutes.
Colleagues (and even customers) can be given access, and can see the progress of work almost as it happens. No waiting for 2 weeks for the
paperwork to be sent back !!
Completed jobs can be viewed through the web site, or you might prefer to create PDF documents of the same details. These can be
e-mailed automatically to the appropriate people.
