Job Dispatch
Installation, service, maintenance, emergency or ad-hoc - with magic5 you can create, allocate and dispatch jobs, sending your workforce the information
that they need to get their work done, and receiving back timely completed job sheets.
Jobs can be sent and received wirelessly, decreasing turnaround times and removing the need for unnecessary journeys, paperwork, faxes etc.
You choose what information you log for a job
At a glance you can view unallocated or outstanding jobs
The PDA user receives their jobs...
...and can view the full job information that you logged
They complete the job details...
...and capture customer signature and sign-off
You receive a timely copy of the report
magic5 allows you to quickly specify the information that you wish to log. Easily create separate forms for service, installation, emergencies and any other scenario.
You can allocate the job to a particular user or to a group of users. Unallocated jobs can be viewed separately, as can those that are outstanding or complete.
You control which job information is shown on the PDA, together with related details such as addresses.
The user can work through their work list, sending back completed job sheets as they finish. Finished jobs can be available in the magic5 database and through the magic5 web application in a matter of minutes.
Colleagues (and even customers) can be given access, and can see the progress of work almost as it happens. No waiting for 2 weeks for the
paperwork to be sent back !!
Completed jobs can be viewed through the web site, or you might prefer to create PDF documents of the same details. These can be
e-mailed automatically to the appropriate people.
You may wish to have the job sheets integrated into your own "back office" systems. We have rich experiece of integration work on all
sorts of systems.
